Installing Bees in the TBH

Here's how I am going to Install my bees in My TBH:

1)When the bees arrive, place them in a cool, dark quiet place to let them calm down.
2)Spray with syrup until moist.
3)When it’s late in the afternoon, take the bees out to the hive.
4)Put the follower boards in place, but leave lots of room to work.
5)Spray more syrup if you want, and pry the plywood off the top.
6)Pull out the queen cage slowly.
7)Place plywood over the hole, to prevent bees from flying around.
8)Shake bees off the queen cage.
9)Tie a bit of wire to the queen cage, the tie the other end to a nail. (Or you can tie a peice of wire to the queen cage)
10)Take the cork out. Put a mini marshmallow in if there is not one in it. Stick a small nail through the hole GENTLY, do not poke queen! Helps bees eat candy away faster.
11)Suspend the queen between bars 4&5, the nail on top of the bars. (Or wrap wire around the bar)
12)Put half of the bars in, leaving the other half open to dump bees in.
13)Put baggie feeder in, at one end.
14)Hit the box down, so bees fall to the bottom.
15)Move plywood aside and Take the can out, and put it down upside down for bees are on the bottom!
16)Put plywood back on and take deep breath.
17)Either put box in hive and remove the plywood, then put 10 bars next to it. (This way is a much easier and less stressful way for both you and the bees)
18)Or remove plywood and hit the hive down, so bees fall to the bottom. Then dump the bees out into the hive.
19)Push the follower boards closer together and put remaining bars in and the roof on.
20)Put box close to entrence so the remaining bees will be able to join the others.
21)Back away slowly to admire your handiwork and check to see if there is a camera or a pair of eyes around then do chicken dance. Then run for dear life cuz the bees dont like how you dance. 22)Come back in 3 days to remove the box, queen cage, and check to see how they are doing. Bring extra baggie feeder in case.

Now here is a list of what to bring out when first installing the bees:
~Pliers
~Mini marshmallows[plug in candy hole]
~Wire [hang queen cage]
~Nail [hang queen cage and poke hole through candy]
~Sprayer with sugar syrup [calms bees down, they have a full tummy and are now looking for a home]
~Baggie feeder W/ syrup (1:1)
~Hive tool or paint scraper(to pry off plywood)
~Wire cutters
